Please read the following disclaimer. We do our best to give you the most fair and accurate pricing however in the case of an excessively dirty home, out of the ordinary special requests or square footage that far exceeds the average size listed  on the booking page, there would be extra charges. In those cases, we will notify you beforehand to discuss. Deposits reserve your time/date on our calendar, and are not refundable. In good faith, we will perform the services, and the remaining balance will be due the same day the job is completed. If you'd like "before and after" photos, please request these prior to cleaning, and we'll gladly send them to you via text or email.  We understand that sometimes our clients need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so by phone, email or text, no later than 3 days before your scheduled cleaning date to avoid being charged. Rescheduling dates, cannot be guaranteed as they are based on availability.
